You will be picked up early at your hotel in Punta Cana / Bavaro in comfortable, air-conditioned transportation. The journey will take you to the port of Sabana de la Mar, located in the province of Hato Mayor.
Upon arrival at the port of Sabana de la Mar, you will board a safe and fast boat to begin your exploration of Los Haitises National Park. Enjoy panoramic views as you sail towards the park.
Navigate through the peaceful channels of the park’s mangroves, home to a variety of flora and fauna. Observe tropical birds and other species as you delve into this unique ecosystem.
Explore the Taíno caves, such as the Cueva de los Haitises and Cueva de la Línea, where you can see ancient petroglyphs and pictographs created by the indigenous Taíno people. Learn about the history and culture of these ancient inhabitants.
Enjoy a stop at San Lorenzo Bay, known for its impressive mogotes, rock formations that rise from the water. Take the opportunity to take photos and appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
