We start by sailing through the Gulf of Nicoya while interpreting our fishing community and its history. Along the way, we will look for opportunities to spot monkeys, sea turtles, dolphins, whales, and enjoy the amazing landscapes.

About 45 minutes later, we will arrive at Tortuga Island, which features gorgeous white-sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters. We will first head to our secret spot to look for sea turtles, then land on the beach where we will bring our cooler and chairs and enjoy some leisure time at Tropical Beach, where there are fewer people. We will cut some delicious pineapple and enjoy drinks.

At the appropriate time, we will return to the boat and continue exploring the western side of the island to admire the beautiful rock formations and the stunning combination of ocean colors. After passing the famous Rainbow Rock, we will head to snorkeling spots once they become less crowded. Spotting dozens of fish swimming all around you will fascinate all of us.

It is then time to return to Cedros Island to enjoy a delicious homemade lunch cooked by local moms. This direct contact with the local community is, for many, the highlight of the experience. Most people say this is the best meal they have tried in Costa Rica. "The answer isn't any special ingredient—it's the atmosphere and the love with which they cook your meals."

After enjoying some coffee and relaxing at our house, we will venture out at sunset. Although the sun does not set over the sea, it creates beautiful colors across the mountains.

The day can't end without experiencing one of nature's greatest phenomena. Bioluminescence is simply beyond imagination. Touching the water and watching it glow in shades of blue, turquoise, and silver is truly breathtaking.
